Vecchio's Pools is a great service, and they always ensure that you're happy with the service they provide. If something is sub-par, just call, email, or go to the local store. It's a small - family run business that's been around for years. Just because they happen to miss a phone call through the slew of them they receive on a daily basis - isn't done intentionally, or with a ulterior meaning behind it. As stated prior - it's a small, family-run business. So keeping up with such a high demand and impatient people isn't necessarily the easiest thing to do. My father would soon give the shirt off of his back to make sure that one of you were happy before even worrying about himself. There's not a single part of him that's capable of spite, and as you can see from the plentiful facebook ratings, as opposed to Google's, there's many whom agree. It takes "balls" for you to hop on here and say such things without fear of reprisal. I bet your kids would be proud to read what you write. I'd highly recommend Vecchio's pools to anybody whom needs any scale of pool work done, at any time."
