"We had our pool put in with Integrity over fifteen years ago. They have replaced our pump since the original installation one time, and we just ordered a new liner for our pool with them, which will be replaced this summer. I read some of the comments, and I disagree with them. I have known and worked with Rich for years. In my experiences working with Rich directly, he is frank and opinionated about best practices, and perhaps that is his biggest character flaw. People don't like that Rich is opinionated and tells them how and why to do certain things during their pool selection and installation. He knows what people regret doing from experience, but people will still tell him what they want, and then they get angry when Rich disagrees with them. That's where you get a lot of these 1-star reviews. Let's be honest, some people just don't like it when someone tells them how it should be done. Let me tell you something. Both of my neighbors used different pool companies—two different ones. One had to rip up all of his concrete because he had a line leak underground that caused a huge sink hole. The other had all of their stamped concrete cracking around the pool. I have had zero issues, except for the pump motor finally going bad. Both of my neighbors had to replace their gas heaters. Mine is still working perfectly fine all of these years later. All of Rich's contractors are the top ones in the area. My concrete is still perfect. Guess what? Using good contractors costs money, so Integrity is NOT the cheapest option, but you get what you pay for. I use them to open and close my pool every year. It's a little pricey for that service, but I know it's done right, and that's worth it to me. I am willing to pay for my peace of mind when it comes to a significant investment like a swimming pool. If you are going to cheap out on a pool, you will regret it. If you want cheap, don't use Integrity. If you want it done right, use Integrity. Full stop. That should be your only decision criteria. Cheap or Done Right!"
