"The online store is actually awful, purchased many clothing pieces, wore one wrap dress twice, washed as per instructions and it came out with a big tear along the neck line, tried to get it refunded and was told I had to take a gift card, fought that and they agreed to refund me 2 months later still no refund, I emailed them asking for an update as I still hadn’t received my refund and got this response “Dear Laura, the refund should have been done. Kind regards Hina” What kind of a response is that ? Will be reporting to my bank now as it seems completely fraudulent"

"The Seraphine section of Macy’s on the 5th floor was lovely—they have 2 of their own fitting rooms, a great selection of maternity tops, pants, and dresses, and a friendly and helpful sales person!"

"I was hesitant to travel to NYC for this section because of the two reviews I saw. I would like to clarify: they have a LARGE BEAUTIFUL selection of maternity/nursing clothes & there is always someone working until 8 pm. The woman who helped me was extremely helpful & attended to me amazingly! I found everything I needed and more! They are launching their fall line within 2 ish weeks. You will NOT be disappointed!!! I asked and they said even if no one were at the register you can still buy those clothes at any macys register!! You can also use your macys card & star money! They are located on floor #5. Be sure you don't take the express elevator as it skips over #5! You can park in a lot near 36th and 6th ave. Its about a 2 min walk with starbucks on the way lol. Have fun because I know I did ❤️"

"I rarely leave reviews but wanted to alert other pregnant women to stay away... We drove in from Westchester (over an hour) to go to your "store" last Sunday afternoon. Store is listed as open online, yet no one from Seraphine was there to check me out, and no one from Macy's knew how to contact anyone from Seraphine... I left empty handed, which is extremely frustrating, especially given other issues I've had ordering from Seraphine online."

"We went to your "private store" at Macy's today (merchandise is displayed like any other brand, it's not in a room) Sign at the counter just said "We are closed" in bold red and that you can not pay or purchase anything from their racks and pay for it at a Macy's counter....even though it's in Macy's. I get it, you are a different entity but how can you be "closed" in the middle of a Friday afternoon?"
