"I hired a cleaner for 5 hours to do one full sized bathroom and one bedroom upstairs, and downstairs: one half bathroom plus kitchen and the lounge. They said it was a two person job and I understood so I said one person can clean downstairs and whatever is left upstairs I will hire another person to do another day. The job was to wipe the floors and wall clean and the kitchen window and only wiping the outside of the cabinets and clean inside and outside of oven and clean inside and outside of fridge and do the few dishes. I didn't need inside cabinets cleaned at this time. She spent almost 4 and a half hours in the kitchen and I assumed the whole kitchen was done. I didn't check because the cleaning lady was nice and I liked her and I assumed the kitchen was fully cleaned at least. I paid and tipped, but today I noticed the outside of cabinets were Untouched not even wiped or scrubbed, , there are still cobwebs on the kitchen ceiling, the oven is still dirty inside and outside, and it doesn't look like it was cleaned by a professional cleaner. I called them but they said I should have checked then and there because I was home and since I didn't and I since I requested the same cleaning person again and was happy with the job, there's nothing she can do. Basically, I paid $155 plus tip for 5 hours for nothing because not even the kitchen was fully cleaned. I learned my lesson about checking to make sure the job is done no matter how likeable the person is, before I ever shell out hard earned money for a half done job. Now I have to hire another cleaner and pay again to get the same kitchen done, in addition to getting upstairs and the rest done as well. Will never hire Good Impressions cleaning again."
