"Mike at M.J.F plumbing has been phenomenal. I couldn't recommend him enough. We just moved into an older house that had Boiler troubles and he gave us the most competitive price, by far. We had gotten 6 previous estimates. Mike was honest and fair every step of the way. I also really appreciated him walking me through what he was doing and how things worked etc. He really helped me feel confident in the job overall and I could tell he knows what he's doing. After the Boiler was complete, we found some extra surprises with the house. A leak in the baseboard heaters, a leak in a water pipe, and a leak in our main water shut off valve. Mike was upfront about our options and worked with us through the entire ordeal. And again, despite them being surprises, we were blown away by his honesty and fair prices. The work done was all clean and done with care. Nothing was rushed. Mike takes pride in his work and will go the extra mile to make sure his job is a job well done. Also, whoever was the person that said Mike hit your mail box? Talk to him for 5 minutes and you'll know that is so farfetched! My wife and I read reviews and said to ourselves, if that's his worst review? Then we're sold! We were not disappointed at all. I'll add a picture of our final product. Wish I had a before and after to really show how much of an improvement this is!"

"Called for an estimate to replace our heating system. All went well until he drove away from the front of our house and hit the mailbox outside with his truck. The post was cracked and now needs to be replaced. We waited for him to send us an estimate and to call us to apologize for what he did. However no estimate and no call. When we contacted him by phone and letter, he denied hitting our mail post. We were glad to find out what type of a person he really is prior to hiring him for a major job. We strongly suggest that you avoid this company. His answer to this review is not true. He was here by himself and we did not watch him from the garage. When we were inside the house we noticed that he was parked very close to our mailbox and was on the phone for a long time. After he left we went to pick up the mail and noticed the damage."
