"Unfortunately this cleaning service did not work out for us. We had a date scheduled and Innovative failed to call or show up to the appointment. We rescheduled for the following week, but on the morning of the rescheduled date I spoke with Gina in the office and I was informed that the crew had a lot of clients before me and I would possibly be sometime in the later afternoon. I ended up canceling the complete clean due to the lack of communication and not feeling like a valued customer. I would not recommend this company until they get organized with their crew and office personnel."
