They are friendly and having a seamstress available who works wonders is terrific. One time I brought two pieces of fabric and asked them to make a cheerleading skirt for my niece. The cheerleader captain did not give any instructions except to make a skirt. That was all. I had no pattern or any idea. They took my nieces measurements, made a pattern n made a perfect skirt. Another time, they made 12 pillow covers for my couch. I hadn't bought quite enough fabric but they made it work. Again, perfect and a professional job.
