"Paid $700 for a move-in “steam” cleaning and I honestly can’t tell they did any cleaning at all. See pictures attached. The bathroom shower head had grime and mold on it. The bathroom walls and towel racks had dirt and dust all over them. The top of the cabinets and refrigerator were not cleaned. The floor has a weird film on it. I don’t even see where the steamed at all. I ended up cleaning the entire place myself. They did not perform as promised. Total Waste of money. Won’t ever use these people again."
