From start to finish, Charles - the owner par excellence - removed, cleaned, and re-hung my custom silk drapes (which had been stored in a vacuum sealed bag for 6 years, leaving them severely creased and wrinkled) with such care and attention. My newly revived drapes look better than ever, and Charles also provided me with guidance for their rings and hold backs (aka: tie backs). NY Drapery Care may not be the least expensive, but they are certainly well worth what they charge - you will not be disappointed."
