"Unprofessional for a move out cleaning. Do not recommend. The cleaning lady was on time and polite, but it took her 3 hours to clean a 650sqft empty one bedroom apartment, even without touching the oven and microwave. Updates: They reached out with a partial refund. Giving credit to their customer service. —— We have to leave so we didn’t ask her to further extend the time, but it already took her 3 hours, with one extension. For a service that charges by hour, the move out cleaning is unprofessional and a complete rip-off. I can basically do it myself with the same time."
