"I strongly advise against using this service. They initially provide a quote online, but during the free inspection, they double the price. Additionally, the owner is rude and verbally abusive over the phone. It's important to obtain a receipt for the free consultation, as they might deny even visiting your place. We were genuinely frightened when an unknown person entered our house, only to realize it was their technician. The owner, Schlomi, conveniently denied that his technician had visited right after I posted a negative review on Yelp."

"Excellent service - went above and beyond! Shlomi was extremely professional, friendly, and thorough when cleaning the fabric around my mattress box spring. He carried up the machine up four flights of stairs and had a positive attitude the entire time. He was very prompt with his responses and punctual with the appointment. I'd definitely hire him again!"

"Very often, I give 5* reviews, but the owner, Mr Shlomi, did an outstanding job in cleaning my basement from a dirty water spill when I was having my old water tank removed and replaced. This was no easy task. The water spill you can see from the picture was very dirty and godknows how old it was sitting in that tank. The smell was also very awful, but I reached out to various carpet cleaning companies in my area, and he was very responsive. He answered all my questions very quickly and gave me feedback, which led me to pick him up for this job. He has equipment that is truly commercial grade, which costs upwards of $5,000 dollars to ensure that you're getting the best cleaning possible. He didn't cut corners. I saw this and I really liked it. I have had others do cleaning of my carpet before but always had to ask you miss this spot or can you move this furniture and clean under it but with him I didn't need to do any of that. "Carpet Diem was great! I had asked for an estimate and they responded very quickly. Then they scheduled to come and clean my rug very quickly within a few days. They were very communicative and came on time. They were also very friendly and pleasant to speak with while they are here. My main problem was my dog's urine stains on my beige wool rug - they explained all of my options to me and the honest expected outcome of each. To stay within my budget, we did the cleaning and disinfecting in my apartment (as opposed to taking it offsite) - the stains have already faded and the rug looks much cleaner! If my dog were guaranteed to never pee on the rug again, I would have gone for the full off-site cleaning option which even includes color correction! Thank you Carpet Diem!"
