"I called yesterday at noon after our cat peed on our Victorian antique sofa. There was a big stain on the seat. They were able to send me someone immediately at 1:15 pm. Denis did a wonderful job cleaning the sofa inside the house with their green chemicals. He also used the dryer since I had booked the quick dry option which is a supplement but really worth it. It worked very well and the spot disappeared completely as did the cat pipi odor. I expected the wood to get soaked but not at all, just the fabric parts on seat and backrest inc pillows. I highly recommend this green cleaning furniture cleaning. The tech Denis was very professional and did a beautiful job. He left around 3 pm. He was efficient and quick. We were told not to sit on the sofa until the next day so the inside of sofa could finish drying completely which made sense. Pricing also very reasonable. "Decided to have my large area rug, couch, and mattress professionally deep cleaned and found Eco Cleaning… and wow, what a fantastic service and find! My technician, Peter was incredibly professional and kind, and was thorough. I’m a perfectionist, and he even took the time to go over any spots and stubborn stains I’d point out to re-touch. Felt very satisfied with the service. :) Each piece literally changed color and feel fresh and renewed. It took a few hours, but was easy and enjoyable to watch / keep an eye on, while multitasking on my computer nearby. The high speed drying fan would have cost $40 extra per piece, so I allowed my items to air dry. Fair pricing for the cleaning service overall. Thanks so much ~ I highly recommend!"
