"Great service. Mattress is refreshly and smells great. Took out most of the stains. Thanks to my kids. But it doesn't matter because the sheets are on, but it is clean now. Nice guy. "If you're sensitive to fragrance, don't use these guys. I never write reviews, but I had a really tough experience with this company. I had asked for no fragrance to be used as I am sensitive to chemical smells and unfortunately the technician forgot, although he was a sweet guy. When I brought the issue to the managers, they alternated between telling me the fragrance is all natural and poses no health risks and then telling me there was no fragrance used (I had asked the technician and he'd said that yes, he'd used fragrance). I ended up getting a rash the first night, and the second night couldn't take it so slept on my yoga mat. They had no care or concern for my experience and were unnecessarily insulting in response. As a result I've been airing out my house for days in cold weather with the fan on and sleeping on an air mattress. It's been terribly inconvenient and I've lost a lot of sleep as a result. They eventually wanted me to take down this review in exchange for refunding the money, rather than just doing the right thing and refunding the money. It all feels very cold and transactional. I hope these folks are different at home."
