"First experience with them are very good. We paid flat rate for the first two hours and then per any hour extra. We were so happy with the first two cleaners we had that we paid them 5 hours to clean the whole house. Then we contacted them again, and this time they sent different cleaners, who did everything as slowly and inefficiently as possible. This time one of the cleaners took our dirty doormat to our dining room and cleaned it in our DINING room. They broke our cooktop too. When I told them they would not need to be here after the first two hours they immediately appeared to be upset. They charge a lot of money for absolutely terrible service."
