"Fantastic experience with this company. The cord on my pool vacuum robot (dolphin nautilus) snapped off. It was still under warranty and Dolphin gave me a list of approved vendors. I called a few places that didn't want to help at all, but this company was amazing. The gentleman came to my house and was there in an hour. The new cord was back-ordered so he fixed the old one to get it in working condition until the new one came in. Once it came in, he came back and put the new one on.
