"Don’t even want to give a 1 star! Very rude and sold us the wrong part after we showed him a picture of the part we needed. We showed up at 5 on the dot, they close at 5 and wouldn’t allow us to return the part. I would NEVER close the door in someone’s face as they are approaching my office for help. Never mind that they are overpriced! I wonder why my husband was abrasive?? Check your employees behavior and knowledge when selling customers products!"

"As others mentioned, if I could 0 I would. horrible, service, they just want to sell you chemicals. they did a water test and told me to buy 350$ chemicals. My husband said go to Leslie's. I went to Leslie's with same sample (I bought 2 samples) my ph was high, I was told back wash and add water. If I want to shock since i just opened the pool, I can but not needed. I gave Leslie the report from Mystic, I was told I was not the first one with their mis leading chemicals suggestion. Small neighborhood store, it's horrible you can't trust them, Mystic take a lesson from Bakers nursery, in addition, when I was there, a woman with 2 kids was trying to return chemicals. She had explained they sold her to much chemicals and her pool company that cleans the pool said bring it back "you will never use that much chemicals. she was told chemicals are not returnable. HORRIBLE STAY AWAY"

"We used Mystic Pools for a liner replacement this year. The pool looks great!!! There was some extra wait time, due to the typical delays we all have experienced in the last two years, apparent in almost all types of businesses and services. My recommendation is that if any type of issue arises that texting isn't working for you, get on the phone with Jay. Having a respectful dialogue more often than not still works well in life!!"

"We have been customers of Mystic Pools for many years. We are in the store often to buy chemicals and get water samples. Everyone is so nice, helpful and knowledgeable. They will even carry the chemicals out to your car for you no matter how busy they are. Great customer service. In addition to the retail store the service department is top notch. Jay and his team always go above and beyond to please you. We have had a pool liner installed, a pool heater installed and other minor repairs/maintenance done to our pool over the years and couldn’t be happier. We will continue to be loyal customers as you can’t go wrong with Mystic Pools!"
