"Joe was awesome. He explained the process that he needed to complete to identify the issue. He was able to identify the issue. He showed it to me on the camera and showed how the pipe was not in great shape which we figured since it is old. He was upfront and honest about what the best course would be going forward to identify the problem areas via a follow up camera location appointment. Once the problem areas are uncovered further he explained the repairs that would best suited for the potential issue. Once we figure out when to do that, I would request that Joe comes back for that camera location appointment and repairs as he is clearly knowledgeable and honest in the work and service that he provides."

I called Mr. Rooter and in no time TJ arrived at the house. He was very professional and courteous and was able to find the leak and get the main water on to the house in a timely matter.
