"When we signed up six months ago, they had assured me that they were in the process of adding more classes such as a Zumba class. They said that before the pandemic, they had numerous classes (around 15) and that they were actively working on restoring them. It's been six months later...and no classes have been added."
"GREAT facilities and staff but sadly almost never open during hours working people have available. If you are a young professional in the city, find somewhere else to go because this place will almost never be open around your schedule. Geared more towards retirees, college students and stay at home parents."

"I renewed my membership in April and paid for a full year upfront. Shortly thereafter I decided to move away from the city. Even though the contract said that it's fully cancellable / renewable if you move more than 25 miles away from the city (which I was), and even though the assistant manager Lucy has promised me a refund in July, after many months, I still have to see the check. Not sure why they can't be more straightforward in doing business."
