"Do not lose your time trying to sell them anything. They told me there was a 1.5 hours wait to check my items. They call me when “done” and made me wait at around 40 minutes more because the appraisal for my designer bag was still pending. After all that, they just told me to come in another day because the did not know how long the wait was going to be, so I told them just to give me the offer for the other items. They tried to offer me $4 total for 5 items. A total and disrespect waste of my time."

"If I could put 0 stars I would . My mother went into this store and they were very rude after she spent over 1000 dollars on 9/28/23.Then She went back to this store 10/4/2023 around 6:30 pm the manager that was working then was so rude telling my mother she could not enter the store with her bag. Accusing her of theft. The manager took my mother bag with her personal belongings with her medication in it and told her she could only take her wallet … These people are horrible. How can someone shop with a wallet in their hand and god forbid something happened to her and she couldn’t get to her medication fast enough… I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone"

"Extremely terrible experience if I wasn’t in a rush I would’ve taken my clothes and left. DO NOT DONATE OR SELL HERE! They will rip you off completely. I had 3 massive bags of clothes, good condition dresses, shirts and pants. They gave me $27 for everything. Multiple items they gave me 10 cents per price. 10 cents you read that right. For beautiful good condition dresses only worn a couple of times. NEVER SELL ANYTHING HERE. The staff likely takes it for themselves after or keeps it and sells it at the store anyway. We heard them talking about items in someone else’s bag that they wanted for themselves. Extremely annoyed patron."

"Inauthentic products galore they even have a fake Saint Laurent jacket with a taped in tag for $999 which is even on their website. The tags clearly say obey on the front and washtag which is a much cheaper brand. I would not trust this store to purchase things authentically unless you have knowledge about what you are buying."
