Its chaotic enough to feel exciting but organized enough that I found the coat and warm pants I wanted in 10 mins and my friend got 2 branded shirts without ao much digging. The staff were so friendly that even shopping with a toddler wasn't stressful. And I appreciate the discounts given. Yes, some places are cheaper - but after using these items for a month now, I'd say they were definitely value for money."
