"It seems like the technicians need to learn how to communicate with customers from scratch. Their attitude and manner of speaking have been unpleasant. Such a negative experience! I asked for clarification because i didn't fully understand his initial explanation, and I also questioned the price. However, he stared at me so nasty and responded rudely and disrespectfully from the beginning, which was not appropriate. Communication and customer service should always be handled with professionalism and respect. Their attitude was soooooo nasty. very disrespectful. It is so embarrassing and uncomfortable. I won't be using this company again."

"These folks will charge $200+ for 5 mins visitation claiming a "weekend rate" to basically tell you to go with the first HVAC technician that gave me a quote prior to their visitation. Felt robbed but paid the technician so that they went away from my house."
