"I bring my own car bumper and the, owner Said I know what you try to do, is not worth it for me to work that way ,one of the employ said it's $40 to replace without paint. After 1 hour and 30 minute drive . I am doing it by myself."
"One bad mechanic can ruin a good company's reputation. This is particularly disappointing because the company used to be known for its fast, reliable, and efficient services. However, my recent experience has been far from satisfactory. I arrived at the shop on a Saturday night with a low tire pressure warning and a functioning TPMS. Upon inspection, I noticed two screws, one in the middle and one on the tire sidewall. Concerned about the risk of a punctured sidewall, I made the decision to replace the tire. The mechanic proceeded with the tire change, but during the installation, he informed me that I would need to return on Monday because the TPMS broke and fell off when he removed the tire. I questioned him about this, noting that the TPMS is typically attached to both the tire valve and the rim and was working fine before. However, he dismissed my concerns and continued with the tire installation. After leaving the shop, I checked the tire to ensure it was the correct one, only to discover that it was smaller than it should be. I immediately brought this to the attention of the mechanic, and we agreed to rectify the mistake. However, during our conversation, something felt off, prompting me to observe from a distance as he installed the tire for the second time. He followed the proper star pattern for wheel nut installation, initially tightening slightly with an impact wrench. However, I noticed that he appeared to pause at one point. As expected, after driving a short distance to a nearby gas station and inspecting, I found that one of the wheel nuts was only half tightened. Taking all of these issues into account, I am compelled to give this mechanic a one-star rating: 1. Replacement of the tire with a smaller incorrect size. 2. Potential carelessness in removing the tire from the rim, resulting in a damaged TPMS. (Breaking the bead) 3. Failure to secure one of the wheel nuts properly. Furthermore, it is worth noting that when I returned to the shop on Monday to address these issues, they informed me that they did not have the necessary TPMS in stock and would need to order it. This means that I will have to make another trip to the shop on a different day to have the TPMS installed. This additional inconvenience and delay further add to my frustration with the service provided. This translates to wasted time, and as the saying goes, time wasted is money wasted. Overall, I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by this mechanic, and it has left me with a negative perception of the company as a whole, despite their acknowledgment of the mistakes made."
"Terrible! They are not concerned about peoples life bc they leave cars on the sidewalk, and pedestrians have to walk on the street. Very dangerous, and they just do it in the open"
"I’ve been coming to this shop for about 3 years. They have some of the best mechanics in town and very reasonably priced. I’ve got many services done over the years such as oil change, brakes and rotors, shocks replaced, computer replacement and wheel baring replacement. They’re very busy for the right purposes yet very helpful. Armando and Frankie are very seasoned mechanics. Ask for Salman, Zohaib or Moni. They know how to take care of your car!"
"A tree branch smashed the rear window of my 00' Mitsubishi Eclipse GT. I purchased a glass out of pocket from Pennsylvania. No one had my glass in the area. I spoke with Tony at RepairGuys shop and gave me a good quote for the installation. In 1 hr. Tony had my car ready for the road. He did an excellent job, profesional install with the right tools and knowhow. Good work with good price."
