"Waste of money and time, they offer no solutions other than replace the whole device/system. I doubt they are even real plumbers, i called another guy in new city and he came and fixed the issue for 1/20 of the cost. Horrible experience."

"I've been using Joe for several HVAC jobs over the past 10 years and have been very happy with his service until the last service. In August 2021 the fan on my outdoor AC unit failed and Joe came to repair it. He was able to repair it but a left a bill that twice as much as it should have been. It felt like he took advantage of the situation. I gave him an opportunity to explain the high charges, but he did not respond. So unfortunately after using him for 10 years I will not use him again, and cannot recommend him to be used."
