"Don't come here if you need things done in a timely manner and like good communication. I dropped off my laptop to be fixed after water damage; I was told it was a quick fix of just changing a chip, yet was told it would take a week to fix it. The receipt said that it would take max 3 days, yet I was told a week. I dropped the laptop off on Saturday and told them I'd be traveling the following Saturday and needed it back before I traveled. They said no problem and they'd actually have it ready for me by Friday, so they'd call me Thursday night so they can run a test and I can have it by the next day.... Thursday came and they didn't reach out to me ... Friday they STILL didn't reach out to me so I called them. They hadn't even finished the work with the laptop let alone run a test. Saturday, no call or communication, until I called them Saturday night. They weren't done and ready for me to get it until Sunday. Thank goodness my travel plans were canceled because of the weather, because otherwise, I'd be even more upset. This review is so long because of how frustrated I was, but I will say, the guy who works the front desk is friendly, though I'd rather have fast, efficient service."
