"Unsatisfactory customer service. While I was shopping, I noticed a lady watching me. I asked if there was a problem, and she said no, there isn't. I was in the store for several mins. ( why tell me now to place my bag in front, after being in store for several mins?) I said ok and began shopping again, but she became irate and told me to leave the store or place my bag at the front where no one can watch it! After shouting for me to leave my belongings at the front, she called her manager! I left the store because why would I continue to shop after being scream at, I left! The craziest thing! Coordinate your business operations better! Never again! It was the worst experience of my life! It's a shame how the manager had no remorse!"

"Horrible customer service. I paid for sneakers at the counter with cash and realized they were placed in the men’s section labeled wrong there for I got a women’s size. I asked nicely to simply swap out for the the same price or pick something else or equal value. The owner could have been accommodating and let me swap out the item. Good prices. Really bad customer service … “Response after owner comments” Son, you buy a $60 dollars’s baskets worth of Used* clothes/shoes from NYC and flip the sale, and still pretend like you are selling perishable goods lol. But have a good day sir: bye."

"Love this thrift store, they are some great finds for great prices especially the 50% off deals, the employees are friendly and very helpful, this is one of the neatest and cleanest thrift store I’ve been to in the area by far. Definitely a great stop!"

"I've been here a few times and gotten a handful of really cute pieces. They have a wide selection of clean, quality shoes which is great for a thrift store and usually have a lot of Chuck Taylor's for sale. However I don't like that they don't have a fitting room or accept returns/exchanges. I would be spending a lot more money here if I was able to try things on or return them if they didn't fit. If they made either of those changes I would probably come here twice as often. All in all this place is worth a visit, especially if you enjoy the hunt of the thrift and like supporting small business."
