"Everything was great until i actually received my furniture from this store. Once the furniture arrived we noticed one of the couches was not working properly. It took the store over 3 weeks to even get back to my first messages. I had to come to the store to get my couch replaced. Now the second couch is also not working properly after only 2 months of having it and they tell me there is nothing wrong with the couch and that if i want something done i have to rent a van and bring it back to them in order to get the faulty product that they sold me fixed."

"This place is the worst! I place my order for almost $1500 they sent the wrong merchandise. They were supposed to send me the right merchandise, I have been calling them so many time of the day one Spanish lady answered the calls she’s horribly rude. Sometimes other guys pick up the phone and just hung up the call every time I call. They still haven’t delivered the correct merchandise and it’s been more then two weeks. They took full money from me at the time of placing the order. This how they do business. Don’t get any furniture from here. They will take your money charge you 7% tax plus and 150 delivery. After paying everything the job is not done on time."

"Toilet store they force and lie you to buy something promising that it we’ll be delivered in a week then after that week they tell you that it’s gonna take 3 months to be delivered because it’s from China and if you ask for a refund they have this go to lie that they always use saying that they call you but you won’t answer your phone because they need to put you on a list for you to get that item first??? Shouldn’t customers that pay in full that day be on a list already??? and that’s there excuse for a refund??? WHY LIE and PROMISE delivery dates and then make up CRAZY STUPID EXCUSES if it’s like that then why have a problem with refunds especially if the item never even left China the owner is gonna get his karma when he least expects it"

"I have Voucher they hold on to me like a glue they didn’t let me go. They sold me things on the book what I saw on the book I like after they get the money they said they don’t have it and it’s not easy to get it. America doesn’t do it no more I have to choose something from display otherwise I cannot get the money back, All the furniture is super ugly and they have no price tags on them. They are thieves they rip you off any time you ask them for something they hit you with very high price. I am stuck with them because they are holding my money I cannot go nowhere except I have to buy from them. If you have voucher go anywhere else they are liars."

"I went in for barstools and I can’t stop coming back! Me and my boyfriend came in and we were instantly treated like family. The main guy and his son are very helpful and nice. We got offered water when we were there and they brought out my king bed already to be loaded into the truck. They have a lot of cool and nice pieces at a great price! Make sure to go in and check them out, you won’t regret it!"
