"They broke my phone and won’t fix it! I went to the Rockaway Mall location to fix my cracked iPhone screen. The man there. fixed it in 15 minutes and also sold me a screen protector with a “lifetime guarantee”. I paid a total of $170 for the repair and screen protector. I later found that my Face ID was no longer working nor the speaker. I took it back the next day and they told me they couldn’t help me. They said it was an issue with my phone that they did not cause. My phone was working just fine before taking it there! Do not trust this business."

"I had a perfectly functioning iPhone upon arrival of the store with no software issues just a screen that was slightly cracked and needed to be replaced. The store owner fixed the screen, but upon completion my Face ID was disabled and no longer working. The store owner suggested it was an iOS issue due to delayed updates that can be done easily. After upgrading to the latest iOS after returning home I was still unable to fix the Face ID issue. I then went to the Apple Genius Bar the following day to address the Face ID issue and Apple advised me that it was a hardware issue which often happens when opening and replacing parts within the guts of the phone and that the only way to fix it is to replace the iphone entirely. I then returned to Cellaxs to explain to them what the manufacturer told me, with paperwork to verify the issue, and was told by the store that the repair they did for me did not cause the issue within Face ID. While the store claimed they did not cause the issue they were unable to supply evidence or logic as to why it was impossible for them to make this mistake. My phone worked 100% before using this store and immediately after completion of their repair I now have a major hardware issue which can only be caused by opening the phone and mistakenly hitting the Face ID. The store provided zero relief and continuously told me that Apple was wrong, and that i was wrong. This was an awful experience in client service and lack of knowledge from the store that left me with a $1000 replacement cost for an issue created by the repair service. I would never return to this store, nor would I recommend anyone using them in the future."
