"Get a second opinion on anything they tell you. We were told our furnace was unrepairable by a tech who was at our house for no more than 5-10 minutes for a cost of $187 dollars. He left and a salesman was at our house within 20 minutes trying to sell us a new furnace. Both said that there was nothing that could be done to fix our furnace and we needed to replace it immediately. We had TWO other companies come and tell us that the info that Air Group told us about what was broken in the furnace was completely false. I will never use this company again and I urge everyone to be careful with trusting them."

"I have worked with this company twice. Both experiences were beyond expectations! On Dec. 17 I called because my sump pump check valve was spewing water, they came on Dec. 18. He could fix it but based on the age of my pump he recommended I replace it, my pump was at least 10 years old, probably older. He gave me the worst case scenario price, which wasn't bad. I approved it and he left to get the part, came back and installed the new sump pump and the cost was less than the "worst case". The technician was so nice and very friendly, and also very knowledgeable. In 2021 they installed a standby generator on my house. They did a fantastic job, very neat, very clean, very friendly. Most importantly, VERY honest! This company is my new go to for any electric or plumbing issues I have. From the customer service rep, to the sales rep, to the technicians everyone has been great! They aren't kidding when they say one phone call does it all!"

"I had a very positive experience with Air Group. They originally installed the air conditioning unit in my home and it came time for some maintenance during the summer months in 2023. The team at Air Group was excellent to deal with and the team member that came to my home to perform the maintenance was exceptional. He was professional, timely, and very instructive/informative as to the work he was doing, what he recommended and also what he believed was necessary versus optional. I know one of the main concerns we have as homeowners is the feeling of being "duped" and sold things we don't need but this team at Air Group did an excellent job of explaining exactly what was recommended and why they were recommending it and anything that was optional versus necessary or highly recommended. So far, I have had a very positive experience with Air Group, would highly recommend them, and look forward to continuing to work with them in the future."
