"My serpentine belt broke and I tried to fix it using parts I ordered from Amazon! Well, that didn’t go well and I call Lexus of Route 10 and spoke to Billy Megletti, he said have it towed in and ask for him and he would take care of me! Well, it turned out that the belt was the wrong size and the tensioner was cracked and I had rodent damage in the valley below the intake manifold. They provided me with a loaner car and kept me posted and he provided necessary information to my insurance company. I would not have found the cracked tensioner until too late! I highly recommend this service department and Billy in particular!"

"I took my car to replace front boll joint at 85k After They replace and spend $3500.00 in repair' front tire start weare out on outer edge. I talk to service manager they ask me to change tire witch is only 27000k. Not good excuse for tire insted they done flopy work on ball joint. Do not buy tire from them. It last only 25000k. Which cost 300 per tire. Just front tire ? Other two ok.They are not not taking falt on them.Blame tire. First time I change at 20k' next at 60000k now at 27000k. Service manager told me that they can not check alignment with warnout tire! They can do alignment. Slope workman ship. I call and same answer tire last only 25k. Do not buy tire they don't have warranty Does any one explain why front tire weare on outer edge?"
