"Rafeal was very helpful and extremely professional to my unfortunate problem with my phone with the battery crashing and thought to have lost everything. Got a new phone and the data transfer from my old phone to the new one was slow working with Google and Verizon since I had already activated the new phone. To be clear to anyone going, they aren't going to have all the parts on hand so expect to leave your device for the day. A small sacrifice but they'll figure out the issue and work with you."

"For anyone else reading this review, if you pay for a screen replacement and the screen stops working (Without physical damage) The warranty can be used to replace it at any location. My experience at Rockaway involved the employees telling me that was not the case and I needed to go back to the original location. After handing me an taken apart phone. Corporate even agreed with me. The end result was a huge waste of my time going back to the original location in Millburn. I highly suggest that location in the future for anyone."

"They sent me an invoice for a completed sale of a free diagnostic that was never done and was never available same day as advertised. There is no same day service available. Their invoice states they can use non OEM parts but the salesperson told me I could only replace a battery with an Apple OEM battery that costs five times more than the 8-year old I-phone I want to fix is worth. His price quote was $30. more than other local repair services. 4 strikes and you're OUT. Find an honest shop."

"Great service with quick turnaround time. Jason was the one who helped me with my cracked screen. He was great! I had a Samsung note 20 ultra, and luckily, they had the piece on site. Price was good compared to other locations. Fixed it in under 2 hours. Would come again. Hopefully I don't need to but lol you know what I mean."

"the crew is great! Professional and friendly! Only thing that was sort of an issue was communication. I had to go to them for updates. I was told to expect a call regarding an update on parts that were ordered but i never received it. Had to call them multiple times for updates but its no big deal. i really appreciate the fact that they understood my predicament and did not charge me for the extended repair as they had found more damage. I would highly recommend them for device repair!"
