"I have used Rago Brothers previously, with success , and this last repair also worked out well. I have a darling little vintage crocodile skin bag, and a tiny tear in the strap occurred. I decided to have Rago do the repair. I really liked the easy Rago process for filling in a form and mailing off my bag, so kudos to the user experience on that!~! I got my repaired bag promptly, and that is note worthy. The bag is a vintage Glenn Miller for Ann Turk, made in NY with a unique color (red with violet highlights) that I purchased on Ebay. They have a great portal where I uploaded photos and they gave me a quote, and I was able to track my bag through delivery, repair, and returns.
