"Great dealership! They replaced my clutch and the car and the shift action felt as good as new. The waiting area is really nice, they have water and snacks, very comfortable and they have a shuttle driver to bring you home or pick you up. Very convenient."

The total opposite of what I experienced at Performance Ford in Randolph WITH an appointment. I left my car and when the service was completed, they delivered it to my office! Megan was terrific. "Charged a full three hours to change a $30 oil pressure sensor, on top of diagnostics. Car was finished two days before we could pick up because nobody could answer the phone or respond to my multiple messages left during the two prior days. Even left a cell number on the notes I gave the service writer. Had to cancel appointments without the car. Finally found out it was ready, went to pick up the car and could not be found, had to help walk around to find it. At least the car works but for over $900 I’d expect far better service and communication than this. The entire point of bringing it in was to get it back as soon as possible. Do better."

"I brought my car here for an oil change and because my driver side heated/cooled seat wasn’t working. It was easy to book an appointment and easy to drop my car off the night before. I used my Ford Pass points for the oil change with absolutely no issues. My seat was covered under Ford’s Gold Certified Warranty. The dealership fixed the seat without even a question and also certified the work and parts under warranty for a couple years!! The service department was sent a bad part, but they reordered it immediately. They then needed to keep the car for more time than I expected and I really needed a way to get to work. Wayne made a call and got me a desperately needed courtesy car! Wayne was kind and patient and informative! I was able to be updated throughout the process. Really great guy and really great place! Overall, a positive experience. Highly recommend!"
