"I was very happy with the service. The technician showed up right on time (2:45 pm as scheduled) and fixed my issue within 15 minutes (the receipt shows that I paid at 3:02 pm). However, I was questioning the cost. When I scheduled the service call, I was told that the cost would be $159.94 for an arrival/diagnostic fee. The tech just went ahead and made this simple repair, not telling me the cost. The service call confirmation also stated that if the repair is made, the diagnostic fee would be removed. The tech was here less than 20 minutes, and he used parts I had purchased to make the repair. However the charge was $245.24 – can you break out how this cost was arrived at? Tana was supposed to call me with the details of the invoice - all the bill said was $230 service call, plus tax. Tana never called me back. I paid by check which was cashed the same day. Can someone PLEASE explain how the 245.54 cost was arrived at? No parts were used other than the parts I had already purchased."

"As usual, the service call was completed efficiently and on time within the allotted time frame. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable, parting with information and tips on more efficient operation. In the future, I would like to know, while scheduling, the extent of the furnace cleaning and tune-up and other technical adjustments that will part of the service call."

"Smitty was an awesome technician. He walked me through what needed to be done to my furnace even though I wasn’t home! It was nice to have a company who showed up when they said they were going to, fix what needed to be fixed on the spot, and not be overly expensive! In addition to my furnace I appreciate the owners knowledge in regards to my water system-which is rare to find. It’s nice to know there are actually TRAINED professionals who deal with complex water systems and are knowledgeable about them instead of just trying to make money off of their customers. They showed up on-time and did a great job of installing the boiler. They were also helpful in answering a question that we had after they had left (they called back within 5 minutes, which I appreciated). I would highly recommend them."
