"This is a tough review. I have eaten there often as well as takeout. Very mixed opinions on both. Today I am reviewing my takeout experience. I have to say that almost Everytime I order, they leave somethings out or don't pay attention to my requests. When I got home after a long drive I realized that it was missing a main dish as well as it's side. When I called they said I can get a refund or come all they way back to the store, which I was forced to do as one of my members of my family had no portion to eat. We all make mistakes, but this place did this several times over a few years. When complained, they don't even apologize or say sorry, or even compensate you with anything. They just offer you your missing dish . Like customer service doesn't even exist. The food itself is very good and portions are nicely sized. I am generally not a complainer, but this wasn't a one time experience. They really need to appreciate customers when there are so many places to go instead."
