"I understand this is a small local business, but their customer interactions have really gone down hill over the years. I've been shopping here for years but can't do it anymore. When I go there the associates are rude, stuff is overpriced and falls apart, and children are running around screaming. And I recently had a "permanent" anklet done there - the woman was rude, complaining, twisted my ankle and it feel off within a few weeks. Head over to B&B instead."
