"First, I must say that up till this experience, SP has been out to my home on 3 different occassion's with out an issue other than not coming at the times they said they would. However, the last time they were out, I spoke with the tech Nick re: a leak I had in the filter system that needed attention. It was agreed that it was not that severe and it could be handled more in the "off" season. I was told it would be better to call in late September. While the leak has since gotten worse, I honored Nick's request and did not call till September 25th. Since this time I called 4 times over a 4 week period as well as emailed 4 times. Spoke to George on October 9th wherein he asked me to send pictures of where the leak was and he would get back to me. I sent Lisa P. the pictures on October 12 and still have not heard from anyone. Never a return call from the owner (George). My problem leak now has become a much larger issue. Beware when they say they will handle it...."
