"I was incredibly disappointed by my experience with AnnieMac. The 3 most important roles - selecting an adequate lender (if they are not the lender), communicating, and selecting a decent appraiser were botched. Nothing was communicated to me about trying out a brand new lender for my loan and that lender was horrific. The loan process was incredibly slow (even though they had everything they needed) and frankly the level of communication from AnnieMac was nothing short of nonexistent. The appraiser knit picked and drew the appraisal amount down. I would think that AnnieMac would be better at their selection and communication process. I would not recommend them."
