"Long time customer. Not anymore. Brought a few items in to be cleaned and dipped. The man who works on the jewelry is rude and he ruined my bracelet. This place used to have a familiar feel with good customer service, unfortunately not anymore. The nasty attitudes sealed the deal for us. Pretty crazy that you’ll take the time to respond to my review, but when I called to nicely rectify the issue, you were dismissive and acted like you didn’t remember me coming in. And to clarify, I dropped my jewelry off and you had it for a week. He didn’t do what was requested. Only mistake I made was not taking it elsewhere then and there.Your jeweler is nasty to your clients AND your employees. Even your sister agrees. Scott is the only decent person in there these days."

"I brought my 4 years old daughter today to get her ears pierced. Before arriving, I called and asked what time I could come. the girl on the phone was polite and explained everything. I arrived at the indicated time. The man who did the piercing was polite and professional. He did everything quickly and carefully. He explained to me how to care the ears. The child did not feel afraid next to him and she was given a ball and candy. I really liked the service, staff and store. Very beautiful products. I recommend this store."

"Outstanding service and products. I’ve been too busy to find time to go jewelry hunting, and too tired to explain what I wanted over the phone. I decided to email this store but thought it would be a shot in the dark. Remarkably it was the opposite. Not only did they happen to have the exact, very unique pendant I was looking for, they offered it to me at a discount! I didn’t expect to get so lucky, so I had my dad come pick it up from them. When he got there, they already placed the pendant aside for me, even though I had not yet paid, and told him it was unavailable. Of course once he explained it was for me, they let us buy it the same day! This was undoubtedly the best buying experience I’ve had in a long time and it’s 100% due to the hard working team running this store. Thank you so much!"
