"This Insurance brokerage company "issued" a policy, cashed the full payment from us that was payable to the Brokerage firm instead of insurance company. Sent us the insurance certificate. The Insurance certificate was declined based on incorrect coverage. Turned out that the policy was not valid- we got a cancellation notice from the insurance company for nonpayment! P&G Insurance brokerage DID not even pay the insurance company! Its been over 4 months and we haven't gotten a refund yet. Stay Away!"
