"This store is great! It's about a 50/50 shot if you can find an employee at the cash lanes or anywhere on the floor which makes stealing really east! I've stolen several large bags of dog food and I don't even own a dog, I just steal it because they let me! But seriously CSS in this place is so hit or miss. You stand and walk around looking for someone to ring you up and then (I'm assuming the manager) wants to waste more time asking for your # and not knowing how to use the register."

"The Petco location in Freehold, New Jersey on Route 9 is lacking store employees; customers should not have to wait over 5-7 minutes for an employee to ring up a purchase and nowhere to be found. A customer should not have to repeatedly say "Hellooo?? Is anyone working the register." This location is also lacking in certain dog food supplies."

"This store (Freehold location) is filthy and the staff is rude.The “manager” can’t bother to look up from her phone and is extremely immature and unprofessional. With someone like this running the store I can’t imagine it staying open very long. It’s a shame because I always went to this store because the old staff was so friendly and made you feel welcome. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere going forward."

"Couldn’t get a good pic because they turned the lights off in this tank prob to hide the mess they made but hundreds of dead fish just piled up. there were more piles of dead fish in other tanks couldn’t even fit them all in one picture. disgusting sight to see the lack of care for these animals"

"This is a great petco location. They have a big bag of the science diet puppy food for a great price. The staff is really nice and was so kind to my pup when I brought him in. The lady working there even gave him a few treats to go, which was so sweet! Recommend this location for food, treats, snacks, etc. for your pup!"
