"We have been visiting Petsmart Grooming for 3 years and somehow adjusting/ ignoring behavior of staff especially Alyssa who became manager last year since our pet loves going there. Her arrogance, rude behavior, constantly dodging the appointment when we pick her while setting-up the appointments. This time around, she crossed all the limits in her rude behavior as I called up ahead that I may be late by 15-20 mins. One can understand being cancelled but is it fair to be ill treated just because you are a manager. She talks as if she owns the place and I was stunned when I brought up the matter to Stach, Store Manager about the episode. Alyssa twisted the entire story on me for yelling at her and blocked us out of their system. Does Petsmart run like a mom and pop shop and gives their managers the authority to cover up their bad behavior and flip it back on customer? Unlike any other corporations across USA where process should govern the people and process but here she could get away with wrong doing and shut out a client!!! I am glad, I would never feel comfortable giving my pet to her or any groomer in that location. Needless to mention the accidents which happened in past due to her negligence and they have caused our pet the infection 3 times in last 6 months. Utter disgusting!!!"
