"Not convenient. Especially when you need the restroom."

"The pharmacy is fine, but occasionally when I pick up my prescriptions they say the brand/common name of it out loud, loud enough for other people in the store to hear. And the waiting area is a few feet away from the counter. People lined up at the counter can hear. Random folks at CVS don't need to know what I'm taking. The text service is also flawed. I'm unsure if its automatic, but I got a text at 9 am saying it was my last day to pick up my prescription. I go to pick it up only for them to tell me they already put it on the shelf that morning and I had to wait three hours for it to be ready. I was told I had today to pick it up on the text. It's very confusing and honestly unprofessional."

"Absolutely the worse run Pharmacy. Years ago I stopped using this Pharmacy because of how unorganized, rude and outright terrible they were. Today I go there and not a thing has changed, I spoke to someone about a prescription that needed a call to get sent over, she said no problem I’ll call and we are busy so give us 2 hours. I show back 3 hours later and the call had not even been made yet. Sorry we are busy it all I got. Learn how to run a business…!!!"

"It used to be a decent pharmacy with pharmacists and technicians that were polite and helpful. Had been seeing deteriorating attitude over the past few months and today was completely unprofessional. When I asked for the meds they were like they have nothing to fill. Then I ask them to check and over the next 20 mins there’s some confusion going on. Apparently the meds were mixed up with someone with the same last name. Then when the prescription was ready the pharmacist THREW the meds across and it landed on the floor!!! No apologies nothing!! When I asked what the issue was they didn’t know and didn’t even bother to apologize. This is the second time they’ve mixed up meds. Completely mismanaged and unprofessional. Avoid if you can. There are a lot of other pharmacies in the area."
