"I brought my necklace there to get my nameplate removed (which was perfectly fine) all they had to do was detach the plate and attach my chain back together. Whoever fixed my necklace, it constantly turns on my neck now. You can see where they attached it back, and it almost looks like my necklace was broken and glued back together the wrong way (which I believe is why it keeps turning). I’m very unsatisfied and I do NOT recommend this jewelry store."
