"Fantastic jewelry repair shop, reminds us why it’s important to support local businesses. The owner was so helpful and friendly. I brought in a bracelet for repair, and needed help to untangle 3 necklaces. They were able to untangle the chains in minutes (I spent almost 2 hrs trying to fix it myself before giving up). Prices are fair and they communicate clearly about the process and timelines for repairs. While I was shopping, an elderly woman entered the shop looking to replace a watch battery. The owner demonstrated such compassion in helping her, even offering to walk her to the bus stop after the repair was completed to ensure she would be ok. I was beyond impressed. TLDR ; great local shop, fair prices, compassionate and caring staff."

"Very helpful, never pushy. Lovely pleasant staff and they've always been very involved with the local community. In 2008, John Brown helped me in redesigning my engagement ring when he discovered and showed me a crack in the setting during one of his complimentary jewelry cleanings. Purchased a number of gifts here for my husband here, including sports charms. Bought a beautiful brooch here for my mom's birthday many years. Hubby got me a great Pulsar watch here for Valentine's Day here. Recently Paul helped me pick out a monogrammed charm for my husband's birthday. Been shopping here, getting watch batteries, getting jewelry repaired here for over 25 years. Highly recommended."
