"Wanted to share my experience and I have to say I am very impressed with the customer satisfaction I received. I was hesitant at first since I was making a big purchase with a new jeweler but when I explained to Ace what I was looking for he understood and delivered what I was looking for with my Cuban link chain and custom diamond lock. I highly recommend this jewelry company to anyone looking for an honest jeweler in the NYC area. The diamond lock came out amazing and the advice he gave me buying 14K vs 18K was helpful in making my decision."
"Your employees are treating your customers horrible!!! I understand you guys make allot of money but that's no excuse to treat your customers with disrespect, I spend 10,000 with you guys and today I came in to spend more and I was ignored by the lady after asking her for help and then she was eager to help someone who walked in after me. Then the old man tells me he won't help me until tomorrow trying to embarrass me in front of the other customers. I'm letting you know this because this is the first time it happened to me and the second time I saw your employees be disrespectful to people that are coming to your store as new customers. Just because they have fancy clothes and surgeries doesn't give them the right to treat people poorly and unfortunately I will have to write several reviews about this on all platforms. DISRESPECT SHOULD NEVER BE TOLERATED. Unfortunately They cost you a loyal customer. I'll be taking my "poor" business somewhere else."
