I was in the city traveling from Connecticut just for one day, I needed to get two chains fixed and I went here based on the good reviews. I did not have an appointment I walked in at around 2pm and they took my chains and had them done the very same day! Unfortunately I was in the middle of a spa treatment when they were calling me to pick them up I did not have my phone on me, Ernesto even waited until after he closed for me to call him back. I was only there for the day and I couldn’t make it there on time so they told me they can ship my chains back to me ! They provided me with tracking info, and They arrived the next day in the mail and even came back in a box with jewelry cleaning towels nicely packaged !!! They also made the ring that holds my pendant larger for me because it was too small at no extra charge ! 10 out of 10 work, customer service is beyond amazing, and they answered any questions I had.
