The next day, all the other shops in the neighborhood that offered repair services were closed for the day, but Jason’s store was still open like a beacon of hope. I was able to walk in, he had no doubts about being able to fix my ring, gave me a very reasonable estimate, and told me to come pick it up the next day. When I came by again, I asked him to make a slight adjustment (my fault for not being clear the first day) and he said it was no problem, asked me to send a picture of exactly how I wanted the ring to look, and he called me when it was ready and perfect! It looked even better than the day of my proposal because he had polished it for me. The cost matched the estimate. Last week, after walking into multiple jewelers (they weren’t in for the day, weren’t open, etc.), I’m so happy I walked into Jason’s beautiful store on my lunch break. After my wedding, my bridesmaids put all of my necklaces in one box and I opened it to find them tangled. I tried for two weeks to get them out and couldn’t, so I took it to him. As soon as I walked in, I got great vibes. He was funny, charming, authentic, and more than willing to help.
