"The store refused to take my return when I purchased the item 4 days prior saying that the item is not in original condition,when I wore it for half an hour,l and put it back in the box. The item must have been scratched when I purchased it,and I told them that to no avail....they told me that it wasn't possible,and refused to return or exchange the product,when it was purchased less than a week before; if I had wanted to, I couldn't have scratched it in less than a week....the employees and the manager made me feel like a criminal, and I wouldn't ever purchase anything in Pandoras again...I'm surprised at the brand,that they allow this store to stay open and run like they do with the rude and horrible staff they have in place,especially after reading all the horrible reviews they have...."

"We visited this location this evening with a product issue and left with the same issue we visited them with . The customer service was terrible and the employee was dismissive . We then called the garden state store and will be visiting that location tomorrow for an exchange of our product issue . Where is the owner to oversee that customer service is 5* ?"

"If you want to return something they don't let you return for your money back or put it back on your card. And if you want to exchange something they make you pay more money then you spent the last time. Beware Pandora. If you have someone who REALLY loves a piece of jewelry from Pandora, that's the only way I'll get something from here ever again* no more gifts from here.."
