He helped a great job making me feel comfortable and repiercing my ears after the holes closed up due to not wearing earrings for 9 years. I am very happy with the work that was done. It was very quick but did not feel rushed."

"Deceitful advertising. I went to piercing pagoda because their website advertised 30% off a piece of jewelry with ear piercing. So one would naturally assume earrings were included right? ESPECIALLY Since you have to get your ears pierced to get the discount. Well earrings were NOT included. Apparently piercing pagoda does not consider earrings jewelry The employees who helped me & pierced my son’s ears were very polite and knowledgeable, no complaint there, but the misleading advertising makes it unlikely I shop there any time soon & this is normally where I purchase my nose rings from."
