"I ordered 2 boxes each with add-on shredder toys in the beginning of November for my 9month old puppies. I received the box in December. It was missing 2 toys and the other toy was a hard plastic turkey. My puppies are aggressive chewers so giving them hard plastic could potentially crack a molar. Not to mention leave shards of plastic all over the house as potential choking hazards. I contacted the support email about this issue to which they replied that if I didn’t receive the 2 toys and if I am concerned about safety they’d send me replacements in my NEXT order. When I responded that I’m not ordering again until I get what I already paid for, they stopped replying. The treats and chews I received were great. It’s just unfortunate that customer satisfaction is not a priority. If you want to maintain customers on a subscription service, 1) you should give them everything they paid for and 2) go the extra mile when you screw up on your end to make it right ASAP. I will not be ordering again."

"I signed up for ShaggySwag with few hopes of it being worth the money. I WAS CLEARLY WRONG. Full size bags of treats, toys that can withstand even my Pits rough play, and free bonuses arrived in the first box - awesome! Our monthly box is not only worth the money but it's a fun way for our fur-baby to feel even more a part of the family!!"

"I am super disappointed with this company. I redeemed sweatcoin offer for one month of shaggyswag. Was really excited to try it out and treat my two pups. That was in the beginning of October I have yet to receive anything, they emailed me and said that it was sent out on October 22th three weeks ago, at the tracking information shows the FedEx has yet to receive any package to send to me. I was still holding out that maybe I would get something for my dogs but based on reviews I'm not holding my breath."

"This was a absolute terrible experience. I received the first box and within the first HOUR the toys were destroyed by my dog. At that theme I sent several messages asking to cancel and say I am missing the flea and tick shampoo and spray that I purchased separate. To this day I have not gotten either one nor was I assisted with my experience. I requested several times throughout my subscription to CANCEL AND GET A REFUND AND MY PRODUCTS I HAVE NOT GOTTEN!!! When I received the second box I was very upset. I reached out that time and was able to do a live text chat and I explained what was going on to a representative and they never once responded after asking for my email. Then the chat became ‘offline.’ I will NEVER purchase from your company again and plan on expressing my experience to everyone possible."

Everything I need comes in that box, and by little bb's know as soon as they see it that it's something for them and they get SO excited.
